Greetings from London, England! As a seasoned traveler, I have a keen eye for comfort and cleanliness during my hotel stays. Arriving in Northbay on my way back to Kitchener, I was pleasantly surprised by the seamless check-in process and the warm welcome from the front desk staff at the property. One of my top priorities when selecting a place to stay is cleanliness, and I was impressed to find that the room had been thoroughly aired out and meticulously cleaned, despite the ongoing road work nearby. the attention to detail, especially in dusting and sanitizing high-touch areas, did not go unnoticed. While the beds may have been a tad firmer than I prefer, the spacious room and convenient access made up for it. My experience at the hotel was exceptional, offering excellent value and ease of access. I would highly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and well-maintained accommodation.
